To make an appointment email us at [email protected]. You will be directed to any showings already arranged or to make a different appointment. We are a leasing company only, we do not participate in the management or maintenance of any property. Be sure to include a phone number where we can contact you. Please be polite to the Agent.
Application Process:
a. All applicants 18 years or older must fill in an application.
b. There is a (non-refundable) screening fee of $40.00 per applicant and $40.00 per Cosigner/Guarantor.
c. All applicants residing on the premises more than 10 days a year need to submit an application.
