Appointments:
To make an appointment email us at askrentals@gmail.com. You will be directed to any showings already arranged or to make a different appointment. We are a leasing company only, we do not participate in the management or maintenance of any property. Be sure to include a phone number where we can contact you. Appointments are scheduled for 20 minutes. If you need a longer appointment time let us know when you schedule your appointment. If you are late we often cannot extend the time since the Agent may have another appointment at a different location right after, you might need to re schedule. Please be polite to the Agent.
Application Process:
a. All applicants 18 years or older must fill in an application.
b. There is a (non-refundable) screening fee of $45.00 per applicant and $45.00 per Cosigner/Guarantor.
c. All applicants residing on the premises more than 10 days a year need to submit an application.
